Licensing our methodologies

Global CEM position ourselves neither a training nor a consulting company.  We position ourselves as a methodology company aiming to develop frameworks, methods and tools to help corporates delivering effective customer experience.  

We broadcast our knowledge and expertise through our certification program, in-house workshop or even speaking or keynote delivery. We focus our time, effort and resources on fine-tuning and advancing our methods and tools from time to time.  We are also developing our CEM Toolkit to facilitate business implementation.

We welcome opportunities to work with possible partners or consulting firms who focus to assist their clients for on-the-ground CEM consultation and implementation.  We have a Licensing Scheme in place for possible cooperations.
